Please review these rules before using WOOSTX services

WOOSTX services include: Google Maps business profile management and optimization, Business Verification assistance, Appeal handling for suspensions, Website SEO setup, and advertising management. The actual scope of work is subject to the contract signed by both parties. If the scope needs to be adjusted during the service period, changes take effect only after written confirmation from both parties.

Clients must provide accurate and complete business information, including business address, contact details, and business category, and authorize WOOSTX to manage their Google Business Profile account. WOOSTX is not responsible for account issues caused by inaccurate information or delayed updates provided by the client. Account access credentials must be kept secure and may not be transferred to any third party.

Service fees are charged according to the plan specified in the contract, primarily on a one-year service term. Fees must be paid in full by the deadline stated in the contract after signing. If the client terminates the contract early for reasons attributable to the client, fees already paid will not be refunded. If WOOSTX is unable to perform due to reasons attributable to WOOSTX, unused fees will be refunded in proportion to the work actually completed.

WOOSTX strictly follows Google Business Profile policies in carrying out all management work and assists clients in understanding relevant guidelines throughout the service to reduce the risk of account suspension. However, Google sets and adjusts its platform policies on its own. WOOSTX cannot provide absolute assurance regarding platform policy changes or Google's review outcomes, and the final account status is determined by Google.

WOOSTX applies professional methods to execute optimization strategies and regularly provides Performance Reports for client reference. Google Maps rankings are affected by many external factors, including competitor activity, Google algorithm updates, and market changes. WOOSTX does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic figures, but commits to continuously adjusting its execution direction based on data.

WOOSTX is obligated to keep confidential all business information, account information, and cooperation details provided by clients, and will not disclose them to outside parties without authorization. Client data is used solely to carry out the service items listed in this contract and for no other commercial purpose. After the service ends, clients may request the return of account management access, and WOOSTX will complete the handover within a reasonable period.

If the client violates these terms, provides false information, or requests WOOSTX to perform operations that violate Google policies, WOOSTX has the right to suspend or terminate the service without refunding fees already collected. If the client wishes to terminate the contract, written notice must be given 30 days in advance, and both parties will handle follow-up matters in accordance with the contract.

If your Google Business Profile account is suspended, WOOSTX will help you identify the cause of the suspension and step by step complete the preparation and submission of materials required for an Appeal. We are familiar with Google's review mechanisms, which can reduce back-and-forth time and improve the chances of a successful Appeal, helping your business return to normal operations as soon as possible.

WOOSTX strictly follows Google Business Profile policies during management, and all optimization operations are carried out within policy guidelines. We also proactively explain to business owners which actions may trigger review or suspension, so you can avoid risks in your day-to-day operations and reduce the likelihood of your account being disabled at the source.

WOOSTX provides a complete Performance Report every month, covering key data such as search impressions, clicks and phone calls, and Google Maps direction requests. You do not need to interpret the back-end data yourself. We explain in plain language what the numbers mean and adjust the optimization direction for the next stage based on current-period data.

These Terms of Service describe the scope of management services provided by WOOSTX, the cooperation obligations of both parties during the service period, and the rules on data use and confidentiality. The business owner must provide the necessary authorization for the business account and accurate information. WOOSTX is responsible for carrying out optimization operations and regularly reporting results, and both parties will fulfill their obligations under the contract to ensure service quality.
